Dryer Vent Clean
Special $59.00 with a duct cleaning
Price $109.00
We start by cleaning the box underneath and behind the tumble compartment of your dryer. When you clean your lint catcher and objects fall to the bottom of your dryer, this is where they go. Next, your dryer vent, which is basically the exhaust, is cleaned from the dryer to the outside vent using our air snake or, if needed, our scorpion brush, then we vacuum out all dirt, debris, and lint that naturally builds up with usage. This debris build up is a leading cause of house fires. It can also cause long drying times and can cause the dryer to stop all together with complete blockage of the vent occurring as a result.
Dryer vent cleaning can prevent fire hazard. Every year, clothes dryers cause more than 15,000 fires in the US, along with millions of dollars of property damage and hundreds of injuries. When the lint builds up in the lint trap, it prevents the proper airflow in the dryer. The air blockage can lead to overheating inside the dryer and cause fire. The dryer exhaust vent also gets clogged with lint if not cleaned regularly. This also increase the risk of overheating and fire.
Water Heater Clean and Check
Special $59.00 with a duct cleaning
Regular $109.00
We clean the water heater’s burners, the burner assembly, orifices and pilot assembly.
Cleaning a gas water heater prolongs its service life. Clean the burner ports every two years and replace the anode rod every five years. The water heater needs draining every six months. A gas water heater lasts about 12 years. Each procedure keeps the water clean.
