Twin Cities Duct Cleaning is a certified member of NADCA, the National Air Duct Cleaners Association. The Environmental Protection Agency recommends that homeowners only have their ducts cleaned by members of this association, as membership guarantees a high level of expertise, experience, and safety. All our duct cleaning technicians are well-trained and highly experienced. We use state-of-art equipments to thoroughly clean your air ducts and create a healthy living environment for your family. Our award-winning services include:
- Air Sweep Duct Cleaning – Special $99.00, Regular $209.95
Our technicians go to each branch line and use a tool called an air-wand. The air-wand uses compressed air to push all the debris down to the main trunk lines, where there is a high vacuum hose inserted to remove all debris into our van-mounted equipment. Once the technician has completed the initial air sweep, he will use an item called an air-snake with a reverse nozzle and insert it into the trunk line, pulling any remaining dust and debris back to the vacuum. We clean all return lines and supply lines within your household. This service also includes a free furnace cleaning, as well as reduced rates on many of our other services.
- RotoBrush Duct Cleaning – Special $189.95, Regular $259.95
Our technicians go to each branch line and use a tool called an air-wand that uses compressed air to push all the debris down to the main trunk lines. A vacuum hose is inserted to remove all debris, which is swept to our van-mounted equipment. Once the technician has completed the initial air sweep, an item called a Rotary Brush with a reverse nozzle will be used. It will be inserted into the trunk line where the brush will rotate inside the ductwork using compressed air in combination with a pneumatic motor for additional power to pull any dust and debris that is stuck on the side walls of the trunk lines and any free floating debris back to the vacuum. We clean all return lines and supply lines within your household. Watch this short video that explains the process. This service also includes free furnace cleaning or an air conditioner clean and check, as well as reduced rates on many of our other services. The free furnace clean is not a furnace certification or safety check.
- Air Exchanger Cleaning – Special $55.00 with a Duct Cleaning, Regular $109.00
We clean the filter, exchanger, blower components and draft compartment, cleaning all airflow passages. (Manufacturers recommend a yearly inspection).
- Transit Air Duct Cleaning Per Vent – Special $20 per vent with a Duct Cleaning, Regular $31.00
Transit Air vents are located in the basement floor of some homes and are a specialty vent. We clean each vent individually. Often what occurs with transit vents is that water or moisture can build up in the basement. The vents will actually accumulate water and the debris that is inside the vent adheres to the walls once the water or moisture dries. A transit air duct cleaning removes this debris for optimal air flow.
- Oxine Application – Special $65.00 with a Duct Cleaning, Regular $109.00
Germicide fog is applied to the ducts to sanitize and destroy all bacteria, mites, fungi, mold, mildew, and allergens in the ductwork. This service is recommended for those with allergies and/or asthma, other chronic illnesses, or sensitivity to pet dander and other indoor air pollutants. Twin Cities Duct Cleaning uses Oxine, an EPA-approved biocide with low toxicity that does not leave an active chemical residue after treatment.
