• First we do not use portable equipment that may possibly irritate individuals who are sensitive to fumes, exhaust and other air pollutants. Our equipment is all van mounted. We begin by inserting a 6” vacuum hose into your main trunk-line.
• We then insert our Predator Brush into Every branch-line from the top down. The predator uses up to 180 PSI and each tentacle reaches all walls of your supply ducts and returns ducts. These Predator brushes are safe for any type of duct including flexible lines. It will reach to the end of the branch-line using scorpion rods, to the trunk-line. • Then we will insert a rotating brush into the main trunk-line using a pneumatic motor and compressed air, bringing all the debris back to the 12.5 HP vacuum.
• HVAC and duct work sanitation - We go one step further and use Oxine a germicide which is safe for use in residential systems and fog the system to remove any microbial growths, bacteria, fungi and mold that may remain unseen to your eyes but not your lungs!!
• When we are done all debris are out of your house into our vacuum bag!! This process could take up to 6 hours maximum, may vary depending on household size, traffic and system.

Note: Homeowner must remove registers for all supply and return lines. If homeowners choose not to remove registers and would prefer that our technicians do so, Residential Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. cannot be held liable for any damage (Including but not limited to chipped paint, painted over registers, chipped sheet rock or plaster, and scratched registers) there is an additional per vent cost of $8.00 for this service.
